Your order will ship out within 5 business days. You will receive an email update once your package has shipped. Once shipped, Priority Mail will arrive within 2-3 business days or Media Mail (book rate) will arrive within 5-10 business days. You will be able to select a shipping option on the bottom left corner of the checkout page, after you have entered your billing information and address.

If your item gets damaged during shipping, we are happy to supply a replacement. Simply send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to appalachianancestors@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will mail you a replacement.
